Our convention hotel is the fabulous Hotel Albuquerque. Just stroll outside to our historic Old Town and surrounding area, with plenty of places to chow down. From fast food to gourmet to great New Mexican fare, it’s all there. In fact, one of Albuquerque’s finest New Mexican restaurants is right inside the hotel (with good prices).
Just down the street (and on top of the stoop) is Albuquerque’s Art Museum, our Natural History Museum, an “Explora” Center, and countless other attractions.
Of course our Old Town has plenty of arts and crafts to entertain your wallet during those “times on your own.” How about a Rattlesnake museum or a spooky ghost tour?
And a mere stone’s throw away (Don’t do it!) is Central Boulevard, the historic old Route 66 of legend and lore. Get your kicks on Route 66.
Oh, and did I mention free parking at the hotel?
Right across the parking lot is the posh Hotel Chaco, with its rooftop deck, fancy-dancy restaurant and bar for dining and relaxing.
